Incline Bench Press


If you don't have a dedicated incline chest press go ahead and a just your bench to be between 30–45°. Grab a bar with a neutral grip and go all the way down touch your chest and push back up.

Bench Press


Grab a bar with a neutral grip and go all the way down touch your chest and push back up. Try not to arch your back.

Cable Flys


Set the cables to start high, then lean forward and bring your hands togheter. Go all the way back and have a slight bend in your elbows to get a full stretch.
